Often one finds beautiful Facetier design diagrams and does not want to apply them to the intended type of stone. However, since the different angles were determined on a certain refractive index, it often happens that the final result does not always show the optimal light reflection (small light explosions in the stone). If you don't have any software like GemCad or GemCut-Studio, you can at least help yourself with this calculator.
Important: This should mainly concern small RI differences and is best suited for tickling the optimal sparkle out of the stone (this assumes that the diagram has been created optimally) Changes to the angles are calculated and made ONLY on the crown, but on ALL angles of the crown.
